规则意识是现代社会每个公民需具备的一种意识。但中国人恰恰缺乏这种规则意识。冠生园月饼事件，房地产买卖黑幕……商场里的货真价实童叟无欺的永恒规则一次次被打破。而我们的甲a赛场呢?假球黑哨也无不是一波未平，一波又起;乘车不买票，不排队，闯红灯不遵守交通规则的现象更是随处可见。我们每天随意的走在街上，仿佛踏入了毫无规则的动物世界。正是因为平时不注意规则，忽视遵守规则习惯的养成，中国人在国外的不文明行为屡有发生，给国人的形象抹黑。以致在中国人出境游的主要目的地国———法国、德国、日本、泰国、新加坡等地出现用简体中文标出的警示牌：中国人，便后请冲水，请安静，请不要随地吐痰……当游客成为中国的新出口品时，中国人却成了不文明的代名词。

所以有规则知识是远远不够的，更重要的是要有遵守规则的愿望和习惯。有位教育家曾说过，良好的习惯是人在其思维习惯中所存放的道德资本，这个资本会不断增长，一个人毕生可以享受它的squo;利息squo;。中国知名品牌海尔，在它的厂区上下班时工人走路全部靠右边走，没有其他企业员工潮进潮出的现象，完全按交通规则。遵守规则于一个企业的发展如此重要，何况是一个社会呢?社会是一个整体，人与人之间遵守规则，会使生活变得愉快、和谐和安定。

规则意识的最高要求是遵守规则成为人的内在需要。在这种境界中，遵循规则已成为人的第二天性，外在规则成为人的内在素质。从规范向素质的转变，对于个人来说，意味着规则不再仅仅是一种外在强制，从而在某种意义上使人获得了真正的自由。按孔子的话来说，这就是从心所欲不逾矩。大家可能觉得这种要求太高，因为能达到这种境界的是孔圣人。其实不然。在国外，几乎人人都能做到这一点。中国入世首席谈判代表龙永图曾经讲过这么一件事：我有个中国同事在联合国任职，他的孩子从小在瑞士长大。有一次大家在日内瓦湖上划船，我们代表团有个成员喝完可乐以后，顺手就把可乐瓶仍到湖里了，这在国内司空见惯。可是这个在瑞士长大的小孩当时脸色都白了，告诉了他的母亲，好像扔可乐瓶的人犯了很大的罪恶似的。还有这样一个真实的事例：一群德国大学生做了一个实验，在德国科隆一条街上的相邻两个电话亭分别贴上男、女字样，然后躲在暗处观察，结果七八个德国男子在贴有男字的电话亭外排队，而贴有女字的电话亭却空着。许多中国人看了可能会觉得可笑，电话亭又不是厕所，要分什么男女?这些德国人真傻，殊不知正是这股傻劲才使德国成为一个世界公认的法治相当完善、发达的国家。

一家有规则一家强，一国有规则一国强，天下有规则天下强。愿我们都能遵守每一方寸土上的约定。

两边的商店都开着，买东西不必担心有人疯狂的抢购，车站人也很少，不像中国那样拥挤。人也很有礼貌，说话很轻，可是却不知为什么，怀念那拥挤的抢购，疯狂的春运，大声的谈笑。

路的右边突然闪过一幢小红楼，远远就看见门口挂着大大的红灯笼，下面还挂着一对中国结，氤氲开几分暖暖的笑意。一问，是中国餐馆。才推开门，一阵熟悉的香气便飘来，很舒服地呼吸着，对英国菜不敏感的胃也松弛了下来。不知为何有种满足，很微小，不像看白金汉宫那样严肃，不像看夕阳沉泡的大本钟那样浪漫，只是很寻常、很普通的感动。

一声轻轻的汉语招呼：“有人吗?”立刻跑出两三个人来。见到黄皮肤、黑头发，轻轻地笑了。安顿好后立刻上菜。你吃的时候他就坐在旁边。话匣子一旦打开，便像洪水般不可阻挡。

突然，店主叹了口气，说他回不去了。问他从哪儿来，说是中国台湾，祖籍山东。一直很想回去，回到家乡，回到童年。眼里，好像还荡漾着中国红。

突然明白了春运时人们苦苦地等待。乡关何处?这是中国人的根，春节也因此而感动。

走出去，轻轻地看看中国结，便徘徊开每个中国人都有的乡土情结。

过了几天，又踏上了中国的土地，穿过喧闹的大街小巷，踏过铺满炮屑的土地，笑了。乡关何处?春节，是中国人无以释怀、久久难忘的根。

一张满是汗珠地脸，衣服全都湿透了，我迷迷糊糊地睁开了眼。这个人就是齐老师。他笑着对我说：“佳莹，你好些了吗?”“是啊，周佳莹，你没事了吗。”同学们异口同声地说。原来这天，我突然晕倒了，嘴里吐着白沫，情况非常严重。老师们正想送我去医院，可是今天学校有比赛，学校里的车全都开走了，而且还下着雨，老师没办法送我去医院，我的爸爸妈妈今天在出差。同学们真的是急得火烧眉毛了。于是，齐老师背着我向车站跑去，一边跑一边说：“佳莹，挺住。”齐老师叫同学们在教室里待着，可是同学们担心我，也悄悄地跟上来了。

我上了车，迷迷糊糊地看到同学们在车站边担心地神情，听见齐老师紧张急促地喘气声。

到了医院，我被医生抬进了急救室。我的爸爸妈妈听到这个消息，立马坐飞机赶了回来。表演已经结束了。同学们纷纷央求老师们送他们来看我。

一个小时，两个小时，三个小时……手术还是没有结束，手术室内医生全力地抢救着，手术室外，齐老师，我的家人，同学们焦急地等待着。同学们一刻也不肯离开，不肯去吃饭，眼睛久久注视着那盏亮着手术中的灯，他们多希望这盏灯暗下来，可是又怕……

齐老师在走廊上;来回走动着。每一步，都是千斤重。有的同学焦急地哭了，哭声在走廊中回荡着，一个同学哭了起来，其他同学也都哭了起来。当时的气氛相当沉重，护士又来催促大家先去吃点东西，去休息一下。可是大家还是不肯吃饭，不肯休息。

十个钟头过去了，手术灯暗了。大家急忙像手术门边奔去。医生走了出来，说我已经没事了。同学们欢呼雀跃起来，沉重地气氛立马被阵阵发自内心的笑声给打破了。有个同学太兴奋了，摔了个底朝天，还有一个同学，也是兴奋的不得了，结果却撞到墙了，把鼻子都撞红了，但他们一点也不觉地痛，一边哭，一边笑。

写到这里，我的脸已经涨得通红，泪水在我提笔时，就已经迷糊了我的双眼。我神情地看着桌前那张大合照。有时候，我总觉得自己不懂师友情是什么，现在我懂了。

it was the first time,what a fucking school! we had to stay in "jail"eating rubbish food for lunch and gambled through all lunch time.oh,come on,giveme a break,god! did you see that other high school students hold a girl in armwith a cigarette on the mouth walking in the street at lunch time. why i sayingthis was totally not i wanna compare with those guys or something like as that igrudge them. actually, a beef burger and a cup of milk that was enough for me.for sure one more pack of chips was better,whatever small pack or large one.rather,a little computer game would make me fell that the world is sobeautiful.

"hi,hao wen,how do you think about the school rule?" i asked

"whatever,i do it in my style",he said maturely

"oh? do something different! so can you tell me what's your plan?" i askedcuriously

"it is just a very easy action but doesn't sound easy. we school break,doyou follow me?" he smiled at me

now listen to me,we had defeated the enemies who are ten times as more us,and escaped from many plights.
