我从小是一个活波开朗的小姑娘，记得还在幼儿园时，妈妈给我报了一个中国舞班。我很高兴，因为我从小就喜欢舞蹈。可没想到甜蜜之后迎面而来的却是苦练。我刚学了不久，老师要让我们“下叉”，我不知道什么是“下叉”。我躺在练功垫上，闭着眼，咧着嘴，紧张得浑身颤抖，两腿叉开，双腿并拢。老师使劲儿按着我的膝盖往下压，我顿时感到一阵撕心裂肺的疼，像有人拿刀子割我的肉。我疼得哇哇大叫，眼泪马上涌了出来。晚上回到家，我一边揉着腿，一边哭着对妈妈说：“我不学了，太苦了。”妈妈先看了我一会儿，然后对我说：“美丽的蝴蝶都是经过磨难和蜕变才展翅飞舞的，你怎能为了这点小苦，就放弃？”在妈妈的鼓励下，我勇敢地坚持了下来。

这些年来，爸爸妈妈带我去了当今世界海拔最高、规模最大的宫殿式建筑群，它就是雄伟壮丽的藏传佛教宫堡建筑－－布达拉宫；去了碧波浩瀚，鸟翼如云的青海湖，古称“西海”，位于青海省刚察县南部。湖面海拔3195米，面积广达4583平方公里，绕湖一周共约360公里，为我国最大的咸水湖。湖中有海心山，盛夏时节平均气温仅15度，为天然避暑胜地；还去了“一代天骄”成吉思汗的故乡--内蒙古，有用条木做成网壁与伞形顶的蒙古包，奶茶掺和着牛奶或羊奶的茶，奶豆腐是用牛奶制成的凝固点心，手抓羊……
