我是，毕业于理工大学。白羊座、o型血、属蛇，今年25岁，可以说是擦着边挤进了90后的创业队伍里。我生长在大西北xx省，除了长得可能还算秀气，其实是个典型的西北女汉子。4年前，我刚去海边上大学的时候，同学问我，哎呀你们是不是每天要骑马上学？我说是啊，每天策马扬鞭，校门口全是马厩，书包里还得给马背着草。但是如今，有了全省最大的商业中心和停车场，开车方便，我们再也不用骑马了。这个商业中心就是目前第一地标性建筑——广场。

我觉得魅力，就是能让世界变小，每次我走进广场总觉得自己是在大连、北京，因为，我们不需要奔赴北上广深就能体验到一流的购物享受；同时，也能让世界变大，没见过的、没吃过的、没玩过的、没穿过的，进入就能行走于世界。很荣幸，我在城关拥有了一家40平的小铺，经营着袜品品牌屋。

从20xx年10月初次接触创业计划至今，历时13个月，在和屋创业导师的帮助下，我一步步从学校走向商场，选创业地点、选创业项目、到全国各地看广场、去品牌公司实习签约、赴xx培训、回签协议、盯装修、办证办税、招聘、培训、试营业，看着我的小店从毛坯变成今天的样子，想起装修的时候扣地缝、抹腻子、刮玻璃，开业后搬货、销售、算账，从我做你看、我做你做，到你做我看管理人、货、场，用执行力感染员工，我终于像我的`小店一样，从毛坯蜕变成了精装。在这里也感谢我的员工在开业前十天没有工资的情况下追随着我不离不弃，即使只有五个人，我们的成绩仍是团队的力量。

从20xx年10月24日城关广场开业至今，不到三个月，屋实现营业收入60余万元，如果一切顺利，我计划在今年6月还清50万贷款。更重要的是让创业基金循环起来，扶持新一批创业大学生，去做出更好的成绩，回馈、回馈社会。

选择创业等于放弃了工作、读研、留学，这个机会成本不可谓不大。我曾经3次参加高考只填一个志愿不服从调剂，终于考上重点后也曾后悔，常常难以判断到底值不值。直到通过学校拿到创业名额，终于觉得曾经5年的高中上的值。这一点都不夸张，去年得到名额的时候我坐在被子里，把自己蒙起来嚎啕大哭。我终于可以去做我梦寐以求的事情，我从小养成的坚强、独立，我十八年寒窗培养的思维、能力，四年只身在外地做各种兼职各种工作，就是为了等这一天。因此，我比任何人更兴奋，更珍惜这个机会。尽管毫无经验，但是王董事长鼓励我们，永远没有完全准备好的创业，于是作为初生牛犊，我勇敢得走上了自己的路，我相信没有选对的路，只有脚踏实地坚持的路。

这应该是我第四次来首都，第一次是小时候的旅游；第二次是去清华考研究生，但是没有考上；第三次是去年1月10日，我跟朋友在旁边b座的楼下聊天，我回头突然看到王总缓缓走进大厅，当时特别想冲上去说一声，王大大谢谢你。

然而创业是孤独的。很长一段时间里，没有人给我打电话，每天一个人吃饭、一个人去工地，发烧了也没舍得去打针。有天兜里只剩下1块钱连公交车都没敢坐，从工地走了6站地回住处。

感谢让我成长，王董事长、指导我们的linda姐、大诺哥，始终支持帮助我的商管的每一位工作人员，曹芳总，杨小军总等等，我能叫出几十个名字，甚至连保洁阿姨都对我特别好。李林总说过，不要只想着索取，没有谁为你做事是应该的，要知道感恩。给予我的早已超过了给钱给位置这么简单，同样我的品牌商阪织屋也给予我太多的关怀。免除加盟费、给予货款授信、安排专门的店铺让我的三名员工去培训学习、开业期间三位品牌导师来我店铺整整支持了三天。而我能做的就是做好自己、成为像xx人一样、做出优秀的业绩，树立榜样，将给予我们的分享给更多有志青年。

感谢爸爸妈妈，开业前把家里全部积蓄26万存到了我的名下，爸爸说如果生意不好，就拿着周转吧，别还不上债。记得4年前去上学的时候，爸爸说你可以白手起家，但不能手无寸铁。从小到大，跟爸爸妈妈吵了那么多的架，结果最终还是他们，不忍我白手起家。借这个机会，在北京、在全世界面前，我要说一声爸爸妈妈，谢谢！不过我也很自豪，开业三天后我就还给了爸爸妈妈30万。其实我很抠的，开业前把不小心手机摔碎了，我说这就是破釜沉舟，开业当天我一定要赚出个苹果6，结果现在已经能买好几个了还是不舍得。

我不担心用破手机，我现在担心的是以后的路要怎么走。要挣钱、要带动别人挣钱、更希望能长久深入地和一起挣钱。对此我有三方面的规划。第一，在品牌的支持下加盟新店，由兰州开始向周边地县甚至青海、新疆辐射，注册贸易公司，走一条品牌代理的道路。对此阪织屋公司非常支持，但是作为大学生和xx人，我有责任组建或加入更好的团队来做一点能服务于更多人的事。

第二，这个想法有点大，我在大学的时候去支教，能否发挥我们的优势和所长，并且在xx大企业的支持下，结合在一起做一点公益事业，哪怕是教小朋友去唱歌跳舞。如今我也算是一个小小的“企业家”，我想用第一笔积累的财富来做一点事情。

第三，跟着走，牵着梦的手。我当初其实之所以选择回到甘肃，是因为我的家乡在，是相对比较贫瘠的土地，但是当地的日照非常适合小植物的生长，可以去种植一些小植物，完成运输、成品、包装、零售等一系列的产业链组合，同时去丰富全国广场里面绿色、清新的业态，所以如果能落地开花的话，还希望xx集团给我们一个合作的机会。

经过重重考试，我终于来到向往已久的大学，我心中神圣的殿堂。经过深思熟虑我报读了我院电子商务专业。在很早的时候我就通过购物认识了电子商务这一领域。那价格低廉、品质优异的商品让我欢喜无比，也让我看到了其中隐藏的商机，于是我从兴趣入手，把科幻模型搬上了淘宝销售。既然需要开店就必须有货物，于是通过各种渠道了解到了广州的代理商，并与朋友合资，开了一家属于自己的网店――永远的塔克奇马。一开始为了节约成本我们的网店主要以预购为主，现货为辅，以调节资金周转，这样有效地解决了初期资金不足的问题。在经过初期宣传和铺垫后，我们的网店步入了正轨，在一年的时间里，我们成为了淘宝的3钻卖家。由一个大部分只接受预购的小店变成了经营高达、电玩、动漫周边等多种商品的店铺，为我的人生赚取了第一桶金。

由于不需要支付租金、各种人工费用及杂费，为我的创业之路打开了一扇通向光明的大门，淘宝让我当上了老板，接触了网络营销。下一步我和我的合伙人打算把我们开网店所获得的利润累积起来，再投资开办一家专业的网络销售公司。我们的新公司将拥有自己的客服中心，专业的配送中心，以及实体店等，通过线上线下配合，充分满足消费者的不同需要，让消费者更加放心。同时，通过合理的进货渠道，扩大经营范围和商品种类，减少中间商和代理商的数量以获得更高的利润。
