记得我们09年新员工报到时，市联社一位领导反复叮嘱我们：要从自身做起，做好优质服务。这是他提给我们的唯一要求。说实在的，那时候我对优质服务的概念似乎还很模糊，仅仅能理解的也只是这四个字很简单的字面意思而已。如今我已工作5个月了，其间一直在琢磨“优质服务”这四个字的深层含义，一直在徘徊却一直未曾前进。从听演讲回来的路上，我一直在思考着演讲成员激情澎湃的演说：“在市场竞争日益激烈的今天，金融企业的竞争说到底还是服务质量的竞争。”

优质服务——就是要我们心怀感恩。

感谢信合给予了我们这份工作，提供了让我们实现人生理想和目标的大舞台。感谢我们的客户，他们是我们的衣食父母。感谢同事，是他们的帮助和激励，让我变得对工作充满激情。感谢自己，拥有一颗懂得感恩的灵魂。

心怀感恩，在工作中我们就会少了满腹的牢骚与抱怨；心怀感恩，我们才会多了份耐心和责任；心怀感恩，优质服务做起来就更加得心应手，顺理成章；心怀感恩，才能用真心、真情服务，尽职尽责的对待每一位客户，认真办理好每一笔业务，回答客户的每一个疑问……

youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. this often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we grow old by deserting our ideals.

years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being squo;s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of whatsquo;s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart theresquo;s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

今天国旗下的讲话的主题是：纪念屈原，过端午节。

大家都知道每年农历五月初五是我们中华民族的传统节日--端午节。那端午节到底是怎么来的呢 ?端午亦称端五，'端'的意思和'初'相同，称'端五'也就如称'初五';端五的'五'字又与'午'相通，按地支顺序推算，五月正是'午'月。又因午时为'阳辰'，所以端五也叫'端阳'。五月五日，月、日都是五，故称重五，也称重午。此外，端午还有许多别称，如：夏节、浴兰节、女儿节，天中节、地腊、诗人节等等。

端午节的别称之多，间接说明了端午节俗起源的歧出。事实也正是这样的。关于端午节的来源，时至今日至少有四、五种说法，诸如：纪念屈原说;吴越民族图腾祭说;起于三代夏至节说;恶月恶日驱避说，等等。迄今为止，影响最广的端午起源的观点是纪念屈原说。在民俗文化领域，我国民众把端午节的龙舟竞渡、赛龙舟，是端午节的主要习俗。相传起源于古时楚国人因舍不得贤臣屈原投江死去，许多人划船追赶拯救。他们争先恐后，追至洞庭湖时不见踪迹。之后每年五月五日划龙舟以纪念之。借划龙舟驱散江中之鱼，以免鱼吃掉屈原的身体。竞渡之习，盛行于吴、越、楚。

端午节吃粽子，这是中国人民的又一传统习俗。粽子，又叫'角黍'、'筒粽'。其由来已久，花样繁多。每年五月初，中国百姓家家都要浸糯米、洗粽叶、包粽子，其花色品种更为繁多。从馅料看，北方多包小枣的北京枣粽;南方则有豆沙、鲜肉、火腿、蛋黄等多种馅料，其中以浙江嘉兴粽子为代表。吃粽子的风俗，千百年来，在中国盛行不衰，而且流传到朝鲜、日本及东南亚诸国。

i have the answer to a question that we've all asked. the question is, why is it that the letter x represents the unknown? now i know we learned that in math class, but now it's everywhere in the culture -- the x prize, the x-files, project x, tedx. where'd that come from?

about six years ago i decided that i would learn arabic, which turns out to be a supremely logical language. to write a word or a phrase or a sentence in arabic is like crafting an equation, because every part is extremely precise and carries a lot of information. that's one of the reasons so much of what we've come to think of as western science and mathematics and engineering was really worked out in the first few centuries of the common era by the persians and the arabs and the turks.

this includes the little system in arabic called al-jebra. and al-jebr roughly translates to the system for reconciling disparate parts. al-jebr finally came into english as algebra. one example among many.

the arabic texts containing this mathematical wisdom finally made their way to europe -- which is to say spain -- in the 11th and 12th centuries. and when they arrived there was tremendous interest in translating this wisdom into a european language.

but there were problems. one problem is there are some sounds in arabic that just don't make it through a european voice box without lots of practice. trust me on that one. also, those very sounds tend not to be represented by the characters that are available in european languages.

here's one of the culprits. this is the letter sheen, and it makes the sound we think of as sh -- sh. it's also the very first letter of the word shalan, which means something just like the the english word something -- some undefined, unknown thing.

now in arabic, we can make this definite by adding the definite article al. so this is al-shalan -- the unknown thing. and this is a word that appears throughout early mathematics, such as this 10th century derivation of proofs.

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《驻足》。

一天傍晚，在去晚自习的路上，蓦然回首间，我发现一缕霞光映入我的眼帘，似曾相识。心中不由得泛起感动，多美的夕阳啊，美得让我挪不动双腿。想来，我步入这所学校已经有半年之久，可从来没有发现山边的那颗夕阳是那么漂亮。也许，在座各位也没有几个人曾经留意过这片景象吧……我们都被快速的生活节奏带动得越来越麻木，似乎最起码的触动也是很久以前的事情。我们的人生似乎太匆忙，我们忘了驻足。

记得那是高三，繁重的学习任务，紧张的生活节奏，把我压得喘不过气，天天所能做的所能想的就只有高考。满脑子的卷子，闭眼睛就是公式，生活中的所有喜怒哀乐全被分数所控制。没有谁敢在任何地方有分秒的停留，仿佛都是在赛跑，谁跑得慢就被淘汰。夜以继日的跟别人比，跟自己比，比什么自己也不知道。傍晚的荷花池里，鲤鱼在嬉戏玩耍，那不是荷花开的季节，并没有鱼戏莲池间的诗意，然而我的眼泪留了下来，我向往着鱼儿的安闲。这时我想到了放弃，我畏惧了前进。我似乎是在心疼自己。我把想法告诉了父母，然而母亲在电话里的态度不言而喻。谁会忍受自己的儿子临阵退缩，任何理由都不会让母亲对我的想法有些许的怜悯，我感到无助。再次站到池塘边，身旁都是匆忙的身影。

我想到了死，我找不到更好的解决方法，我的成绩没有起色，我懂得任何的理由都不能为失败开脱，我无助，我怀疑，我困扰。我们的学校给高三的学生创造了一个环山拥水的世外桃源，我盲目的爬到了山间，不是很陡峭的悬崖，也没有乌鸦在天空盘旋，而此时我的心看待任何的颜色都是暗淡无光。

天空渐渐暗了下来，我就站在山头，头脑里一片空白。我真的下了决心，纵然我有太多的留恋，但我真的没有信心继续坚持。正当我深呼吸的刹那，我感觉到了一丝暖和抚过我的脸庞。我睁开眼，是夕阳不骄不艳的夕阳，很柔，很美。我为之一动，啊，活着我看到了夕阳，活着我感受到了暖和。恍惚之间，我脚一滑跌了下去，而脑海里霎时闪现出了母亲的笑脸，与朋友玩笑的场面，那片霞光，猛然间我明白了些什么，于是用手脚拼命去阻碍不断地下滑，我努力着，努力着……终于我爬了上来，就在那一霎那，我感到羞耻，为自己的懦弱感到羞耻，为自己的任性感到羞耻。我真的想活下来，我真的不想去死，究竟活着还是美好的，活着可以看到很多美的东西，海浪，椰林，金色的朝阳，似火的晚霞，还有许许多多我爱的人以及爱我的人。想到这里我觉得我错过的太多太多，我还没有感悟到真正存在的意义就要急于去寻求解脱，或许解脱只是懦弱之辈用来掩护自己的台词。

我徒步回到了教室，一路上夕阳在我身后慢慢沉落在山间。

此后，我天天都会抽出一些时间望望窗外，早春刚发芽的草，粉色的山花，当然还有夕阳……

同学们：我们的生活节奏太快，以至于我们没有过多的时间去发现身边的美好。在沟通与演讲课堂上，当老师让我们讲一些生活中令我们感动的人或事的时候，大部分人都哑口了，我们在努力搜寻记忆中的感动，我们茫然了，竟然找不出感动自己的人和事。其实，我们不是没有感动，是没有去驻足，没有真正体会近在咫尺的生活罢了。

同学们，学会驻足吧！驻足母亲的一句问候；驻足朋友的一句调侃，甚至拌嘴；驻足路边发芽的嫩草，连绵起伏的群山；驻足舒服的小睡，暖和的.一杯咖啡……

同学们：不要做生活的抱怨者，不要做匆匆的网络过客，不要让得失蒙蔽漂亮的眼睛，学会驻足，专心倾听，细心体会属于自己的那份暖和吧。让我们用舒服的微笑去迎接朝阳。
